Well, it’s that time of year again! Fair night is fast approaching. As per every year, I try to stay on top of the presale of admission, ride and Metrolink tickets for all those that like to go to the fair. I am attaching the link to the page that gives you more information regarding where you can buy tickets. Camarillo City Hall will also be selling the tickets beginning July 6th. Don't wait - They go quick!!!

More importantly, Ventura Raceway’s Junior Classes (Mini dwarfs and Junior Midgets) will be racing on the first night of the fair – Wednesday, August 5th. The Dwarf Cars will also be racing as well, including the Demolition Derby. This is a great night to catch the fair beforehand (entry fee is $1 before 3pm) and then slip into the Arena for our show in the evening. However, this year, the charge will be $5 to enter the grandstand arena. Be aware though that our grandstands fill up quick. Last year, they had to turn people away, so PLEASE get there early to get your seat. It is definitely the highlight of our race season when all our family and friends attend!

Now you can purchase tickets for the 2009 Ventura County Fair and save on your summer family staycation! You can purchase Admission tickets and Season passes at a reduced rate. Carnival tickets are available at a super saving, and you can save on transportation with Metrolink Combo admission passes. Take the Metrolink right to the Fair’s front gate and have your admission tickets right in your hand when you get here! No lines no traffic, just fun, fun, fun and then a relaxing train ride home when your Fair day is done!

Metrolink combo passes are available from Chatsworth, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Camarillo and Oxnard.
