The participating associations are (with their assigned racing letter):
"N"=Nor-Cal Dwarf Car Association,

"K"=Pacific Hardtop Racing Association,
"Z"= Oregon Outlaws Dwarf Car Association,
"B"= Bay Area Dwarf Car Association
"A"= Barona Dwarf Cars
"V"= California Dwarf Car Racing Association,
"X"= Southern Nevada Dwarf Car Association,
"Y"= Arizona Dwarf Cars,
"H"= High Country Dwarf Car Association
"E" California Outlaw Dwarfs
"F" Dwarfs or Reno Tahoe Dwarf Cars
"D" Dwarf cars of Northern Nevada!

If I read between the lines I don't see VRA. Does that mean what I think it means?

VRA USED TO BE "D" BUT NOW THAT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED NORTHERN NEV. I DON'T THINK VRA IS A 2009 MEMBER OF WESTERN STATES.

VRA is totally welcome to come to any and all WSDCA events!! VRA did not elect to join this season but they are certainly welcome and we hope and encourage all drivers, whether WSDCA aflliated or not, to come to a national or a regional event. They have been a huge part of wsdca in the past and we hope will be in the future as well.

There is nothing sneaky in the post, just an invitation to come and race and have fun.
