When I cause a caution on the the track or contact another car I am overcome with guilt and shame, it truly bothers me.I feel like I have stolen precious time from others ,we should all have these same feelings.Think about how much time goes into preparation for our limited track time.Yellows shorten our laps, tear up our cars and are many times avoidable. All of us need to do a better job! If you have spun out once or been the cause of the caution you owe it to everyone else to get it together and check up so it dosent happen twice in the same race.Maybe others feel differently.Just my opinion.
Drive in control or prepare for changes.

I agree with Kevin's assessment- The track is what it is in 2009, it will either be a little slimy, or it will be dry slick, or it will be rough- one of these three conditions almost every time we race. Everyone needs to have a really well set up car to maximize their ability to get through the corners without incident.
With that being said, I would really hope the track could commit to giving all of the support classes at least 20 minutes to complete a 20 lap main. The pro's seniors and modifieds all had their laps cut to 15, and none of the groups were that close to the 20 minute mark. The pro's ran their last 8 laps straight without a yellow, it could have easily been 13 laps straight, and would have only taken an extra minute and 15 seconds to accomplish.
I hope the track could give us a set amount of time to get our main in, that way the responsibility would be in the drivers court to assure they can get the job done.
What do you guys and gals think?
