| I need to first say that VRA is tops when it comes to the kids show! BUT there seems to be things happening on the track and situations are being handled very differently! The kids have been racing long enough now to start getting consequences for there actions! Last night one driver was penalized when others (who should have been) were not. This is just not right, the kids are way to smart not to notice that things are unfair. Also, we have been out for two weeks because of Chase’s broken foot and the talk in the pits is there are new rules!!! Any chance we could have them posted on the board or better yet have them in writing so we could have the same advantage as the others? Just a thought….. |

I fully agree. The kids have been racing long enough to have penalties.
Apparently talking to them after a race is not good enough.
What bothers me is rough driving is not even brought up in the drivers meeting. Racing at Ventura as long as I have, Cliff at least mentions the rough driving and threatens penalties during the adult drivers meetings.
I was not there this weekend, but recieved a phone call about 10p telling me they had a kids fight?? And girl getting assaulted, that is on the VRAFAN board. VRA needs to take control!
Lastly, I fully agree about the rules. Sweeney needs to let us all know in writing what is and what is not. Hopefully I don't have to return more parts for the new car like I did the front springs already.
