First, I'm glad that Miles is doing fine and it took alot of guts to get back out there after that gnarley roll. Second, all these "opinions" about who caused what is plain sad!!!! These kids were racing their hearts out. But all you finger pointers need to remember this.....ALOT OF OUR KIDS READ THIS BULLETIN BOARD. So if you feel so inclined to offer your "opinions" as armchair quarterbacks and make these kids feel bad, make sure your facts are spot on. As parents, we shouldn't have to explain that what happened was not there fault as some of you bloggers are so eager to post. Not cool.
On a different note, Alexis #66....way to go!!!!! Great job on your 4th place finish and Joe #6 great job on your first 1st place finish!!!!

| Yes tunnelrat24, a lot of our kids do read this forum and we don't need to be critical and mean to others. As it was said , these kids are learning every time they suit up and get the green. Their view is the best one at the track. I'm jealous! They need all the encouragement that we can give. They are doing a super job at learning to race. We all want everbody to be safe at the same time. That is why Mike Sweeny warns them at every driver's meeting "no rough driving". Rough driving isn't racing. Its destruction derby. Thank you |

| Has anyone even stopped to think maybe the 17 car was not running right from the beginning of the night??? Things can and do go wrong mechanically once in a while with any car. As was the case with Joey's. Nobody did anything wrong here! Its not always rough driving... I think the finger pointing should STOP!!!!! Come on guys it over!!! Lets go racing!! |

Too many people are defensive on this BB. It is to easy for words to be taken out of context and read worse then it is meant to sound. yes, kids read on here i guess, this but it is important to drive safe for everyone. That is all I meant. i ddont like the way some people call others 'finger pointers.' take a deep breath. i'd just hate to see someone to get hurt cause they are told by mom and dad to 'go out there and get em'
pease and god bless all of you ................. pray over those little ones out there teach them skill not recklessness. they are all precious to someone
glad the 7 driver is good |

| Well Fasternbetter.......seems to me and others that you were the ONLY ONE privy to this so called talk about (in your words):take out others and possible hurt another child to win and oh yeah (again in your words): cause they are told by mom and dad to 'go out there and get em'. Your assumptions are horrible and wrong. So whatever........And yes, many are on the defensive because of your silly accusations. |

| Tunnelrat24 you need to calm down and go crawl back to your tunnel and continue being being a rat. Your hostile and you pointed the finger at me, for what? my posting was polite. I did not mean parents say 'go get em' like hurt anyone! Perhaps you are one of the people setting "silly" bad examples. chill out. |

I enjoy the fact people are passionate about racing ,My first responce was not meant to point blame anywhere ,only my true thoughts .I was asked to review the video, I did and gave my opinion ,How I saw it unfold.Myself I have raced out there and seen how things look from the drivers seat and know how quick things happen .Miles view from his seat in my opinion did the right thing in making the outside move to try for the lead was right on.Had the trouble to his left that he had no idea was occuring we never would have had this Public Disscussion.Children are smarter than most of us give them credit for in fact one of my favorite sayings is LIFE, NO MORE VIVIDLY SEEN THAN THROUGH A CHILDS EYES !
There are learning to become responsible Adults every Day. |

I was not the only one who saw this. And you and and "the others" that you mention need to read all the postings. Kevin stated that is what he thought he saw too, and he is a heck of a driver! Tunelrat24 you are very harsh and abrasive not mention being out right mean (just incase a child is reading this). And perhaps the adults should monitor what their kids read instead of give them the freedom to explore the BB before reading it themselves. And for anyone that I might have offended by stating what I believe I saw on that video I apologize..........
Best of luck to all the little ones out there driving, stay safe and BTW, #66 I think you are a GREAT little driver!
17 and 7 ................................ great job!!! sorry things turned out like that.
