I need some help with gearing for a ZX-10?  What overall gear ratio will I need?  I understand that the ZX-10 likes to spine a little higher than most other motors.  Also is there a preferred gear that these motors like to be in as far as the tranny holding up?

In my opinion the 430 is THE only gear to use.It works everywhere.If you don,t have a ten bolt the 358 in second is very close.

So the 430 gear in third?  And is that with RC-3 tires or the Medium tires?  I understand the medium tires are a little bigger in size.  Thanks for the help.  Ps good luck with Texas.

430 in third with 74 or 75 inch med hoosiers
