We need help!  Is anyone interested in helping setup the year-end party this Saturday after the races?  

Any ideas?  

Your help and ideas are greatly appreciated.  Let's celebrate another awesome year of racing!

I thought I heard that there was a grill coming,If this is the case we should get a list of items alphabetically or whatever and make sure we bring what we need and not duplicate.I will fully participate as well as my wife.I would bring a barbeeq but anyone who has helped me load knows my trailer barely fits my car.Brats,carne asada,chilis,etc

Hey all! Alton's are always down to help, just need the word! One big help I would imagine, I can offer endless Ice. My wife Britney would like to make the family recipe meatballs. Figure the crockpot cooking is a safe bet in the pits.
 In the event the troops rally together and have a better suggestion, you can count on a giant cooler of ice and a place to chill beverages.
 Tami, Pasta salad??? Shanan, hot BBQ a good idea to stuff back into the toy hauler? Sounds like a fire hazard.
 I will keep checking the board to see whats up! Or email me with ideas or suggestions.

The Stevens are also in with this Party. We'll bring some dessert's and some adult beverages to throw in Eric's Ice chest. If there is any thing else Needed just let us know.
